On the 18th of November, 2012, the Coptic Orthodox Church enthroned His Holines Pope Tawadros II as the 118th Pope of Alexanderia and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark. May God Bless him.
His Holiness Pope Tawadros II Consecrated our beloved church on September 13, 2014

The Church reminds us of the importance of doing merciful acts during fasting. Therefore, during Great Lent we chant together praising those who have mercy on the poor. The Holy Bible teaches us that the fasting which is accepted by God is the one in which we do acts of mercy to others.
